The Rogue Meatball.. MAMA MIA!!!

Most people are used to your traditional italian meatballs, ground beef, breadcrumbs, an egg and maybe some parmesan cheese, right? Well i'm sick of this trend! There are so many things you can do in meatball form! Don't get me wrong, i love me some Italian meatballs, but sometimes i just need more! I want to show you guys some new ways to make meatballs, not just with plain old ground beef. The two recipes i am going to show you are one i made up myself and the other I found on Pinterest.
The recipe i made up myself, is a recipe for Buffalo Chicken Meatballs. They are so yummy and go great on a roll with some ranch dressage, or even paired with alfredo sauce and pasta!
Heres how you make them:

1 lb ground chicken
1/2 packet of dry ranch mix
1/4 cup Franks red hot sauce
1/2 cup of panko
1 egg

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees first! Mix all these ingredients in one big bowl, make them into meatballs, any size you like and place them on a cookie sheet to bake for 20 minutes! Its that easy!

The second recipe i found on Pinterest, which i made just last night, is Teriyaki Turkey meatballs. This recipe is absolute fantastic and goes great served over white jasmine rice. This recipe has a few more ingredients then the Chicken meatballs, but it is eel worth it. If you are trying to save some money on ingredients you don't think you will use again, you can substitute sesame oil with vegetable oil and forget the siracha and soy sauce, all you need is the Teriyaki sauce i the brand the recipe suggests and you are set!
